About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students’ learning, both in and out of the classroom. You’ll play a key role in helping to create a positive and inclusive environment where every child can succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Support the teacher in delivering lessons and classroom activities

Work one-on-one or in small groups with pupils who need extra help or have special educational needs

Assist with classroom management and preparation of learning materials

Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and participation

Help create a safe and nurturing learning environment

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Previous experience in a school setting (essential)
