A warm welcome to the Anglo-Portuguese School of London (APSoL)
We are a Community primary school (state school) situated in the heart of Wandsworth, offering bilingual education to all children since 2020. We believe that bilingualism is for everyone, thus welcome children of all language abilities, whether they have never been exposed to Portuguese language before or they have spoken Portuguese at home since birth. As we opened in September 2020 with a cohort of Reception children, we are a growing school, our first cohort will be in Year 5 in September 2025.
Our curriculum follows National Curriculum guidance; our Portuguese language teaching is delivered by specialists from the Camões Institute. In addition to a comprehensive language programme, we also offer Forest School sessions for children in the Early Years and in Year 1, Swimming lessons for Year 2 and music lessons with specialist teachers for all year groups.
Our Apsolings are incredibly proud of the school and the experiences offered.
