Pupil Premium
Pupil Premium Strategy Statement
Our Pupil Premium Strategy is designed to ensure that every pupil, regardless of their background or circumstances, has the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
We recognise that pupils eligible for Pupil Premium funding may face a range of barriers to learning and participation. Our approach focuses on identifying and addressing these barriers through a combination of high-quality teaching, targeted academic support, and wider strategies that promote pupils’ wellbeing, attendance, engagement and readiness to learn.
We use Pupil Premium funding strategically and thoughtfully, drawing on evidence-informed approaches and the needs of our pupils. Our strategy includes support for academic progress, attendance and engagement, pastoral and wellbeing provision, enrichment opportunities and access to resources where appropriate.
We carefully monitor the impact of our provision and use assessment, attendance and pastoral information to evaluate what is working and where further support may be needed. Our aim is not simply to close gaps in attainment, but to ensure that all pupils develop the confidence, knowledge, skills and aspirations they need to succeed.
Further details of our Pupil Premium Strategy, including our intended outcomes and how the funding is allocated, can be found in our current Pupil Premium Strategy Statement.
