Talent Education Trust is a group of educationalists and other professionals who believe in the principles and benefits of bilingual education on academic success and life outcomes.
Our Vision
We seek to deliver a broad and balanced curriculum through which students will become fluent in two of the most spoken languages in the world. Students will be held to high standards and expectations around academic excellence and outcomes across all areas of the curriculum and in both languages. This requires the staff and wider community of the school to establish and maintain a strong school culture from day one.
Our Ethos
We seek to provide integration and cooperative work ethics in the context of a bilingual educational setting. To achieve this we will ensure that we:
- Respect all pupils’ backgrounds and see how these backgrounds can enrich others’ experiences
- Foster cooperative work in mixed ability settings as a way of achieving common goals through different paths
- Are flexible in our approaches to meeting all pupils’ needs, including those with special educational needs or disabilities
- Promote the awareness of, and reflection on, pluriculturalism as a way of living and learning
