APSoL had it´s first Ofsted pre-registration inspection in April 2020. Please see report attached. The school officially opened in September 2020.

The school has also had a first-term of opening DfE inspection with Rachel Mortlock which was positive. Feedback was given directly to School Governance. The inspection was positive and there were no areas for concern.
The school opened in September 2020 and has not yet had its official Ofsted visit. However, as part of our School Improvement Strategy, APSoL works closely with Teaching Schools and experts in order to ensure that we are providing a good Quality of Education to all children and that all safeguarding is adequate.
The school has had three visits from a School Improvement Adviser, Adam Hickman, from the Lambeth Teaching School Alliance every term this academic year. These visits took place in December 2020, March 2021 and July 2021.

- Standards of teaching and learning in the EYFS are good. Progress is evident in pupils´ books, triangulation of evidence.
- The monitoring of teaching indicates that teaching at APSoL is currently good or better.
- The Principal works alongside the teacher and provides regular feedback and targets professional development accordingly.
- The development of the EYFS setting and the school site supports the pupils´ learning experiences.
