To achieve this we will:
- have high expectations of pupil outcomes
- respect all pupils’ backgrounds and see how these backgrounds can enrich others’ experiences
- foster cooperative work in mixed ability settings as a way of achieving common goals through different paths
- be flexible in our approaches to meeting all pupils’ needs, including those with special educational needs or disabilities
- promote the awareness of, and reflection on, multiculturalism and pluriculturalism as a way of living
