Ethos

Our school will provide bilingual language education, cooperative work and integration, linking the school and its community

To achieve this we will:

  • have high expectations of pupil outcomes
  • respect all pupils’ backgrounds and see how these backgrounds can enrich others’ experiences
  • foster cooperative work in mixed ability settings as a way of achieving common goals through different paths
  • be flexible in our approaches to meeting all pupils’ needs, including those with special educational needs or disabilities
  • promote the awareness of, and reflection on, multiculturalism and pluriculturalism as a way of living
